Securely place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure a safe journey back to us.

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our studio.
